Case 9: E Cuniculi Uveitis In A Rabbit

Uveitis in the eye of a rabbit was resolved by enucleation. Severe inflammation can be seen within the uvea in the image below. Gram staining revealed organisms consistent with Encephalitozoon cuniculi at the centre of the lesion.
